One batch of your favorite flavor jello shots
1 750-ml bottle champagne
Pour champagne into glasses. Break the jello and pour into glasses of champagne.

Berry Delight Shake 
2 oz Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry Vodka
1 scoop raspberry sorbet
1 tsp coconut cream
3 oz milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, and garnish with coconut flakes and raspberries.

Peach Pisco Popsicle
4 cups peaches
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vanilla bean
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp pink peppercorn skins
1/3 tsp salt
7 tbsp pisco
Peel and quarter peaches. place into a bowl with all other ingredients. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Pour mixture into a blender and blend roughly. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least six hours.

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup vanilla bean

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp pink peppercorn skins

1/3 tsp salt

7 tbsp pisco

Peel and quarter peaches. place into a bowl with all other ingredients. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Pour mixture into a blender and blend roughly. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least six hours.

PB&J Milkshake
2 oz Van Gogh PB&J Vodka
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raspberry jam
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with banana slices and raspberries.

Black Raspberry ICE Pops
1 bottle Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
3 oz berry flavored vodka
1 container fresh raspberries, chopped
combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into ice pop molds and place in freezer for at least 6 hours.

Wine Frozen Yogurt
32 oz greek yogurt
4 tbsp sparkling wine
pinch of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Return ingredients to the original yogurt contianer. Place sealed container in freezer for 3 hours, stirring every 25 minutes.

Watermelon Ice-Pops
5 cups watermelon, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 cup limoncello
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least six hours.

1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup yuzu juice
2/3 cup pisco
Bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a container and place in freezer for 8 hours.

1 1/3 cup sugar

1 cup lime juice

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup yuzu juice

2/3 cup pisco

Bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a container and place in freezer for 8 hours.

Pomegranate Granita
16 oz water
8 oz sugar
16 oz pomegranate concentrate, thawed
4 oz vodka
Bring water and sugar to a boil, until sugar dissolves, making a simple syrup. Combine syrup with pomegranate concentrate and vodka in a shallow glass dish. Place the dish in the freezer. When ice crystals begin to form, scrape the mixture with a fork every 20 minutes. Be sure the scrape the sides and bottom of the dish completely to ensure even freezing. When the granita is completley frozen, serve.

4 oz vodka

Rum and Coke Milkshake
8 oz vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup coke
2 oz dark rum
whipped cream
cherry for garnish
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.
