1/2 part grenadine
1 part blue Curacao
1 part vodka
In a shot glass, pour in grenadine. Tilt the shot glass with a steady hand and pour blue Curacao. Tilt again and pour vodka

Pear and Pomegranate Bellinis
1 cup pear nectar
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 bottle prosecco
fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
In a small pitcher, combine the pear nectar and pomegranate juice. Pour about 1/4 cup of the juice blend into 8 champagne flutes. Evenly divide the champagne between the glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.

Pear and Pomegranate Bellinis

1 cup pomegranate juice

1 bottle prosecco

In a small pitcher, combine the pear nectar and pomegranate juice. Pour about 1/4 cup of the juice blend into 8 champagne flutes. Evenly divide the champagne between the glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.

Offhand, though, one of my favorite shots has peppermint schnapps!

It’s called a Snowshoe. Super easy. 

3/4 oz your favorite whiskey (I personally am a Jameson type)

3/4 oz peppermint schnapps.

Shake with ice and enjoy!

Vanilla Pear Sage Cocktail
1 1/2 oz vanilla liqueur
1 1/2 oz vodka
2 oz fresh pear juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3 fresh sage leaves
Combine all ingredients, including the sage (no muddling necessary) in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass with a pear slice and fresh sage leaf.

Honey Bourbon Toddy
2 tbsp honey
1 cup hot water
6 tbsp bourbon
2 strips lemon peel
2 cinnamon sticks
Stir honey and water in a 2 cup measuring cup until honey dissolves. Add bourbon. Divide between 2 Toddy glasses. Twist a strip of lemon peel over each drink and add to glass. Stir each drink with a cinnamon stick and leave in.

Cake Shots
1 oz cake flavored vodka
1 tsp dry white cake mix
1/4 oz whipped cream vodka
1/4 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz half and half
whipped cream
sprinkles
Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and strain into sprinkle rimmed shot glasses and top with whipped cream and more sprinkles.

1 tsp dry white cake mix

1/4 oz whipped cream vodka

1/4 oz chocolate liqueur

1/2 oz half and half

Shake all ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and strain into sprinkle rimmed shot glasses and top with whipped cream and more sprinkles. 

Mexican Martini
1 oz platino tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz margarita mix
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange juice
splash sprite
ice
jalapenos and stuffed olives
Shake all liquid ingredients with ice. Pour in a martini glass and garnish with olives and jalapenos.

Mexican Martini


1 oz platino tequila

1/2 oz Cointreau

1/2 oz margarita mix

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz orange juice

splash sprite

ice

jalapenos and stuffed olives

Shake all liquid ingredients with ice. Pour in a martini glass and garnish with olives and jalapenos.

Creamsicle Margarita
1 1/2 oz gold tequila
1 oz margarita mix
3 oz orange juice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
6 oz ice
Pour all ingredients into a blender, blend until slushy. Rim glasses with sugar.

Lavender Margarita
1 oz silver tequila
1/2 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz lavender simple syrup
1/2 lime
sugar
dried lavender
Pour liquid ingredients and half of the lime into a shaker, let sit. On a plate, mix the sugar and lavender. Use to rim a glass. Fill glass with ice. Shake and strain the liquid into the glass.

1/2 oz Cointreau

3/4 oz lavender simple syrup

1/2 lime

dried lavender

Pour liquid ingredients and half of the lime into a shaker, let sit. On a plate, mix the sugar and lavender. Use to rim a glass. Fill glass with ice. Shake and strain the liquid into the glass.

French Margarita
2/3 oz gold tequila
1/3 oz Grand Marnier
1/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz orange juice
1/4 oz sweet and sour
1/3 oz Chambord
Pour tequila into a glass, add the Grand Marnier, lime juice, orange juice, and sweet and sour. Cover with a shaker, shake, and pour contents into a margarita glass. Top with Chambord and garnish with fresh raspberries and blackberries.

French Margarita
