Pear and Pomegranate Bellinis
1 cup pear nectar
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 bottle prosecco
fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
In a small pitcher, combine the pear nectar and pomegranate juice. Pour about 1/4 cup of the juice blend into 8 champagne flutes. Evenly divide the champagne between the glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.
