Classic Manhattan
1 1/2 oz 100-proof rye whiskey
1 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
3 dashes Angostrua bitters
lemon twist for garnish
Pour whiskey, vermouth, liqueur, and bitters into a mixing glass. Add large ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz vodka
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain over ice.

White Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallow Martini
marshmallow sundae topping
2 peppermint candies, crushed
ice
1/4 cup vanilla vodka
1 tbsp peppermint schnapps
1/4 cup white chocolate liqueur
Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on the inside of the glass. Place the glass in the freezer. In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps and the liqueur. Shake until mixed. Pour into a prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Pour some caramel ice cream topping into a wide mouthed bowl.  Dip the rim of your glass into the caramel.  Set aside, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix your ingredients in a cocktail shaker along with some ice and shake vigorously. Using a strainer, pour into martini glass. Garnish with an apple, or a caramel apple wedge.
