Strawberry Vice
1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP
1/2 oz vanilla syrup
2 strawberries, halved
Piper Heidsieck champagne
strawberry to garnish
Muddle ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry.

2 oz lemon juice
champagne
2 tsp sugar
garnish of cherry
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except the champagne. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and a cherry.

Spiced Tamarind Margarita
1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado
1/2 oz Becherovka
1/2 oz Tamarind Pulp
1/2 oz Patrida Agave Nectar
1/2 tsp Tabasco Chipotle
1/2 oz lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a margarita glass. 

Spiced Tamarind Margarita

1 1/2 oz Tequila Reposado

1/2 oz Becherovka

1/2 oz Tamarind Pulp

1/2 oz Patrida Agave Nectar

1/2 tsp Tabasco Chipotle

1/2 oz lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a margarita glass. 

Gin and Tonic
2 oz gin
4 oz tonic water
lime wedge to garnish
Pour both ingredients over ice. Stir and garnish with a lime.

Pomegranate Margaritas
1 can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 cups water
3 1/2 cups gold tequila
2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup triple sec
5 limes
ice
1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
In a large pitcher, combine limeade and water until well blended. Stir in tequila, pomegranate juice, and triple sec. Cut each lime crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick wheels; cut a slit in each wheel from center to edge. To serve, place ice and a few pomegranate seeds in each glass. Place a lime wheel on rim. 

Pomegranate Margaritas

Rangpur Strawberry Crush
4 strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Rangpur
1 1/2 oz Sprite
Prepare strawberries in a highball glass. Add crushed ice and Tanqueray Rangpur. Top with Sprite.

Ginger Shandies
3 bottles chilled Hoegaarden beer
1 bottle chilled ginger beer
1 thinly sliced lemon
mint sprigs for garnish
In a large pitcher, combine Hoegaarden with ginger beer. Stir in most lemon slices and mint sprigs. Fill 6 rocks glasses with ice. Add remaining lemon slices to glasses and pour in shandy. Garnish each drink with a mint sprig and serve.

Ginger Shandies

3 bottles chilled Hoegaarden beer

1 bottle chilled ginger beer

1 thinly sliced lemon

In a large pitcher, combine Hoegaarden with ginger beer. Stir in most lemon slices and mint sprigs. Fill 6 rocks glasses with ice. Add remaining lemon slices to glasses and pour in shandy. Garnish each drink with a mint sprig and serve.

Cayuse Cherry Bomb
1 peeled orange section
ice
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz sweetened cherry juice
1 1/2 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
sparkling wine
orange twist for garnish
Mash the orange section in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Add the gin, cherry juice, simple syrup, and bitters and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with the orange twist.

La Paloma Suprema
1 1/2 oz Don Julio Reposado Tequila
4 oz grapefruit soda
1 wedge lime
Add Don Julio Reposado Tequila and grapefruit in a salt rimmed, ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
