Eliminator 1/2 oz Jagermeister 1/4 oz Jack Daniel’s 1/4 oz tequila 1/2 tsp Bacardi 151  Pour the Jagermeister into a shot glass, followed by the Jack Daniel’s and then the tequila. Spoon the Bacardi on top and light on fire to serve.

Pour the Jagermeister into a shot glass, followed by the Jack Daniel’s and then the tequila. Spoon the Bacardi on top and light on fire to serve.

Blueberry Watermelon Martinis 4 cups cubed watermelon 2 cups blueberries 1/3 granulated sugar 2 cups vodka juice of 1 lime Place watermelon and blueberries in a blender and pulse until smooth. Place fruit into a stockpot over high heat and mix in sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, blend again, strain and allow to cool to room temperature, about an hour. Mix in vodka and lime juice. Shake with ice in a shaker, and serve. Makes 6.

4 cups cubed watermelon

2 cups blueberries

1/3 granulated sugar

2 cups vodka

juice of 1 lime

Place watermelon and blueberries in a blender and pulse until smooth. Place fruit into a stockpot over high heat and mix in sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, blend again, strain and allow to cool to room temperature, about an hour. Mix in vodka and lime juice. Shake with ice in a shaker, and serve. Makes 6.

Spicy Dame Cocktail 1 1/2 oz Belvedere Intense vodka 1 1/2 oz ginger syrup 5 mint leaves 2 small jalapeno slices 2 small cucumber slices Combine the mint, jalapeno, cucumber and ice in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add vodka and ginger with extra ice and shake well. Strain over new ice in a highball glass. Garnish with mint leaves, cucumber and a pepper.

Spicy Dame Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Belvedere Intense vodka

1 1/2 oz ginger syrup

5 mint leaves

2 small jalapeno slices

2 small cucumber slices

Combine the mint, jalapeno, cucumber and ice in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add vodka and ginger with extra ice and shake well. Strain over new ice in a highball glass. Garnish with mint leaves, cucumber and a pepper.

Pomegranate Martini 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice 2 oz citrus vodka 1 oz Cointreau 1 cup crushed ice sparkling water Add everything to a shaker and strain. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Stoli Strawberry Cooler 3 fresh strawberries 1 1/2 oz Stoli Strasberi 1/2 oz Solerno 3/4 oz simple syrup 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 2 oz soda water Muddle strawberries, add Stoli, Solerno, simple syrup, and lime juice and shake. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.

3 fresh strawberries

1 1/2 oz Stoli Strasberi

1/2 oz Solerno

3/4 oz simple syrup

3/4 oz fresh lime juice

2 oz soda water

Muddle strawberries, add Stoli, Solerno, simple syrup, and lime juice and shake. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.

Dirty Pirate Popsicle 2 1/2 cups Coke 1/3 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum 1/3 cup Kahlua Place all ingredients in a large glass and stir to combine. Pour mixture into popsicles mold. Freeze for about 2 hours or until the mixture starts to solidify enough to hold a popsicle stick upright. Insert sticks and finish freezing overnight.

Dirty Pirate Popsicle

2 1/2 cups Coke

1/3 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

1/3 cup Kahlua

Place all ingredients in a large glass and stir to combine. Pour mixture into popsicles mold. Freeze for about 2 hours or until the mixture starts to solidify enough to hold a popsicle stick upright. Insert sticks and finish freezing overnight.

Lemon Drop Martini 2 parts Citron Vodka 3/4 part Cointreau 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice 3/4 part simple syrup ice lemon wedge lemon sugar Moisten the rim of each martini glass with a lemon wedge and rim with lemon sugar. In a shaker, add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake for at least a minutes. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the prepared martini glasses.

Lemon Drop Martini

2 parts Citron Vodka

3/4 part Cointreau

1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice

3/4 part simple syrup

lemon sugar

Moisten the rim of each martini glass with a lemon wedge and rim with lemon sugar. In a shaker, add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice. Shake for at least a minutes. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the prepared martini glasses.

A Proper Irish Coffee 4 oz freshly brewed coffee 3/4 oz brown sugar syrup 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey Unsweetened whipped cream fresh ground cinnamon for garnish Combine coffee, syrup, and whiskey over low heat. Put in an Irish coffee mug. Top with unsweetened whipped cream and cinnamon.

Spiced Caramel Apple Cocktail 2 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur 1 oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel vodka 1 1/2 oz apple cider 1 dash lemon juice Rim martini glass with agave syrup and crumbled gingersnap cookies. Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into martini glass.
