White Hot Chocolate with Coconut and Rum

1 cup whole milk

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup heavy cream

5 oz white chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp rum

Warm milk, coconut milk, and cream in a medium saucepan over a medium-low heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and combined. Continue to warm mixture until thick, about 5 minutes. Whisk in rum. top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.

Feel free to add more rum to taste. I think this is just more about the idea of rum, rather than the effects of said rum.
