Cake Vodka Milkshake 3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream 2 oz Pinnacle Cake Vodka 1/2 cup milk whipped cream sprinkles Rim a glass with melted ice cream and sprinkles. Put the ice cream, vodka, and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth and desired consistency. Pour into glass. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
